Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated marketing associate to join our growing marketing department. You will work closely with the marketing lead on multiple initiatives to assist with new business efforts and marketing support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Performing market analysis and research on competition.
2. Developing go-to market strategy and plan for each quarter.
3. Content creation for social media platforms, website management, promotional emails, blogs, newsletter and other marketing collaterals.
4. Measuring performance of marketing efforts using analytics tools and creating reports.
5. Helping to plan events, projects, and campaigns.
6. Helping to create proposals and presentations.
7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and aligning marketing efforts with business objectives.
8. Assisting with daily administrative duties.

Skills and Competencies

1. Knowledge of marketing tools is a must (e.g., Google Analytics,HubSpot,Mautic,Semrush or similar, etc.)
2. Familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) is a must.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
4. Excellent presentation skills.
5. Knowledge of google workspace.
6. Knowledge of major social media platforms ( LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
7. Self-starter with ability to work independently.
8. Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment.

Education and Experience Requirements

1. Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
2. Proven work experience of 1 to 2 years as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role.
3. Professional certifications like Digital Marketing or equivalent is an advantage.
